I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and community purposes. By registering, I grant permission for the use of images or video that may include myself and/or the child(ren) in my care in event-related marketing, social media, and future promotional materials.

If I do not wish to have my child(ren) photographed, I understand that I must notify event staff upon arrival and follow posted opt-out procedures.
